Daily Art Challenge - Day 128 of 365 - 6th July 2025
Last night’s moon was glowing low in the sky, casting its light behind a silhouette of summer trees—and it completely captured my imagination.
So for today’s painting, I followed that spark and let the scene evolve into something a little more magical. The sky became softly colourful, and the moon turned a warm, peachy hue. It reflects gently on a deep teal-green loch, adding a dreamlike glow to the water.
At the front, a beautiful tree stands in full summer greenery, its branches dotted with delicate pink flowers—almost as if they were caught in moonlight too.
This one feels peaceful, reflective, and full of midsummer magic.
