Daily Art Challenge - Day 133 of 365 - 11th July 2025
Today, I decided to simply sit down and let my imagination lead the way. No plan, no photo reference—just brush to canvas and a little trust in the creative process.
It seems this heatwave has me dreaming of something much cooler, because what emerged was a misty, enchanted forest—shaded and serene, with a magical pool of water nestled right at the centre.
Soft ripples glow in the light, while vivid lime-green plants trail and creep across the ground, curling gently around the water’s edge.
Sometimes, letting go of the plan allows the magic to come through on its own.
Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
