Daily Art Challenge - Day 148 of 365 - 26th July 2025
Today’s inspiration came from the lovely Jess, one of my wonderful followers, who requested a misty forest with a full moon and fireflies — and I couldn’t resist.
So that’s exactly what I painted:
A glowing yellow moon rising in the centre of the forest, wrapped in mist, while tiny golden fireflies dance through the trees and light up the grass below.
It feels like a moment from a story — the kind you might whisper around a campfire.
Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
