Daily Art Challenge - Day 155 of 365 - 2nd August 2025
Earlier this week, I painted a sunflower that left me feeling like I had more to say with that brushstroke. So today, I returned to the subject — with new energy and vision.
This time, it’s not just a few flowers…
It’s a golden field — wild, sun-soaked, and swaying.
Above it, a bright white sun bursts through a green-blue sky, casting a dreamy light across the yellow petals.
There’s something so hopeful about sunflowers.
They turn toward the sun — always reaching, always glowing.
Painting them felt like a little reminder to keep growing toward the light, even when things feel messy or uncertain.
Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
