Today’s painting is a modern twist on a festive classic - a contemporary wreath brought to life with a little bit of Christmas magic.
A simple wooden circle becomes something enchanted as lush winter foliage spills across half of it: fragrant evergreens, glossy leaves, and clusters of red, white, and soft green berries. It’s abundant yet elegant, the kind of arrangement that almost feels alive… as if it grew itself overnight.
A bright red ribbon is tied at the top, ready to be hung - but that’s the question, isn’t it?
Whose door will this wreath adorn?
Will it be placed on the home of a cosy woodland cabin?
The grand entryway of a Faefern forest tree-dweller?
Or perhaps on the little red door of one of the Mushwood folk, who might check each morning to see if any tiny forest creatures have tucked themselves into its berries?
Wherever it ends up, it carries with it the promise of warmth, welcome, and winter wonder.
