Daily Art Challenge - Day 285 of 365 - 10th Dec 2025
Only 15 days until Christmas… and just 15 days until Day 300 of this wild, magical, accidental adventure.
And honestly? I couldn’t have planned that coincidence if I tried!
For today’s painting, we’re stepping a little outside Faefern Forest and straight onto the dance floor… because if you know me well, you’ll know just how much I love line dancing. I took it up about 2.5 years ago and haven’t looked back - well, except for that one time when I fell, broke my wrist, and accidentally launched this entire daily art challenge.
Funny how life works, isn’t it?
So it felt only right - almost destined - that a cowboy boot finally made its way into the collection.
But not just any boot…
Today’s mini is a festive pair of western cowboy boots, rich with stitched detail, a tiny Christmas tree embroidered into the leather, and overflowing with winter greenery. Deep forest greens, soft limes, and bursts of red, white, and mint berries spill from the top like the boot itself is celebrating the season.
A little bit country, a little bit Christmas, and completely me.
Yeehaw, everyone - may your December be merry, bright, and full of good two-steps.
