Out in a quiet winter field, far from the bustle of the forest, stands a lone snowman - still, patient, and full of wonder.
Wrapped snugly in a red scarf dotted with cheerful green polka dots, he gazes skyward, his large carrot nose pointing straight toward a bright Christmas star glowing above. The snow around him sparkles softly, as if the night itself is holding its breath. There’s no rush here, no noise - just a single moment of calm, where even a snowman pauses to wish, to wonder, to believe.
Perhaps he’s waiting for something magical to happen. Or maybe he already knows it has.
I love the quiet stories that winter scenes hold - the kind that remind us that even when we’re standing alone, there’s still magic shining somewhere above us.
