Daily Art Challenge - Day 295 of 365 - 20th Dec 2025
Today’s mini is pure festive sweetness - a gingerbread house standing proudly in a glowing green and yellow forest. I decided to skip the snow this time, letting the rich woodland colours make the sugary details pop. Thick white icing drips from the roof, candy-like and tempting, as if the forest itself has baked a treat to celebrate the season.
A perfect little sugary escape tucked away among the trees… though one does wonder who lives here, and whether it’s quite as harmless as it looks.

Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display - a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
