Daily Art Challenge - Day 308 of 365 - 2nd Jan 2026
Today a spark of inspiration struck and I painted something completely different - a Potion of Dreams.
A glass bottle, stoppered with a cork and tied with an old paper label, marked with a single handwritten word: Dreams.
Inside, an entire tiny world swirls… soft clouds drifting through a magical meadow, sparkles and fireflies glowing in the air, fairies flitting between three red-and-white toadstools. It feels like the kind of potion you’d uncork just before sleep, letting hopes, ideas, and imagination spill out into the night.
A little bottle of magic, bottled wonder, and quiet possibility.
Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display - a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
