Daily Art Challenge - Day 347 of 365 - 10th Feb 2026
Back to the season at hand — I’ve been spotting snowdrops everywhere, and they felt impossible to ignore.
So today’s painting is a simple, quick study of a snowdrop woodland, the forest floor blanketed in these delicate white flowers. In the distance, trees and plants dissolve into soft, abstract shapes.
This little mini is more of an impression of the season than a detailed scene — built with simple textures, loose brushstrokes, and a quiet, gentle mood. Sometimes less really does say more.

Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display - a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
Thank you so much for your interest in my art, I hope you love it as much as I love creating it.
