Daily Art Challenge - Day 350 of 365 - 13th Feb 2026
Can you believe it… Day 350?! How did we get here so quickly after Christmas?
It felt like the perfect moment to begin one last little series of paintings, and of course I had to choose a tree. Trees have been such an anchor throughout this challenge — the literal roots running through so many of these pieces.
I’ve decided to paint the same tree through the seasons. This challenge has spanned an entire year, holding every season within it, and it feels like the right way to honour that journey. Today we begin with spring. We’re mid-February now, winter is slowly loosening its grip, and the first buds of spring are just appearing on the horizon.
I can’t wait to continue this series tomorrow with summer
