Day 9 of Spooktober
Well… today has been a day. My sweet puppy’s been unwell and needed lots of extra love, so I kept today’s mini super quick — but still a little magical.
This morning, I spotted the full moon still shining in a bright blue autumn sky — that strange and beautiful way it sometimes lingers during fall and winter. That tiny moment of wonder became today’s painting: a glowing spooky moon surrounded by vibrant green foliage, with a few fluttering bats to give it a Halloween twist.
This simple, atmospheric mini is a reminder that even on busy or tough days, creativity doesn’t need to be complicated to be meaningful.
