Day 11 of Spooktober
Today’s mini is a classic spooky Halloween scene — an eerie green glow, a tall twisted tree, and perched on its gnarled branches… two scrappy-looking crows.
Crows were suggested by a lovely subscriber, and I’m so glad they were — I hadn’t thought to include them in this year’s Spooktober lineup, but they fit the theme perfectly. Sometimes it’s those little unexpected ideas that make a painting extra special.

All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
