Daily Art Challenge - Day 245 of 365 - 31st Oct 2025
Happy Halloween!
Can you believe there are only 120 days to go in this challenge? How crazy is that! Today marks the last day of Spooktober, and I couldn’t think of a better way to end it than with some of my favourite little characters — the ghosts!
After my earlier ghost paintings were so loved, it felt only right to revisit them for Halloween night. So today’s mini features three cheerful little ghosts, all dressed up and ready to go trick-or-treating (or guising, as we say here in Scotland!).
One little ghost, clutching a pumpkin, is dressed as a tiny witch with a purple hat. The other two hold their candy-filled bags — one dressed as a mischievous little devil, and the other as a witch’s cat. They stand beneath a glowing full moon, stars twinkling above, and an eerie green light illuminating the grass below.
A perfectly spooky yet sweet way to finish off Spooktober.

All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
