A third of the way through the challenge… can you believe it?!
That’s 122 consecutive days of showing up, painting, and letting the seasons guide my brush.
Yes—I’ve painted waterlilies recently, but that’s the joy of painting seasonally. Some subjects return again and again, each time with a different light, a new detail, a fresh story.
This time, it was inspired by a beautiful photo my mum sent me of her garden pond—lush green lily pads and white blooms basking in the summer sun. I just couldn’t resist. And as a little nod to our family, I added two tiny water fairies dancing above the flowers. A bit of quiet magic, floating just above the surface.
I’m so proud to be a third of the way through. Thank you for following along, cheering me on, and sharing this journey.
