Day 126 of 365
Daily Art Challenge - Day 126 of 365 - 4th July 2025
Some days the inspiration doesn’t arrive straight away… but then—a spark!
We’re big fans of The Lord of the Rings in our house, and I’ve always had a soft spot for the charm and cosiness of the Shire. So today, I followed that feeling and painted a little Hobbit House, inspired by Bag End itself.
A yellow round door, a winding path leading up to it, a wooden fence, and little clusters of red flowers dancing in the sunshine. The whole scene is lit by a bright, happy sun, and it just makes me want to curl up with a book and second breakfast.
Perfect gift for any occasion .
All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
Thank you so much for your interest in my art, I hope you love it as much as I love creating it.
