Daily Art Challenge - Day 254 of 365 - 9th Nov 2025
Something soft and simple today - I’m giving myself a little break and a gentle reset after a tough week. So, for this slow Sunday, I decided to revisit one of my old Free Art Friday pieces and bring it back to life in miniature form.
This tiny painting is a peaceful snowy landscape, with a whimsical pink and yellow winter sky, soft pastel tones blending together in that dreamy, magical way only a frosty morning can. Two snow-covered fir trees stand proudly in the foreground, surrounded by blue and purple trees that fade into the misty distance.
It’s calm. It’s quiet. And honestly - it’s exactly what I needed to paint today.
Maybe it’s a little early for something so wintery (and maybe even a hint of Christmas?), but it felt right for the moment - a small piece of peace.
