Today’s painting feels like something straight out of a winter fairytale.
A lone Victorian-style lamppost stands tall in the middle of a quiet, snowy woodland — its warm golden light spilling gently across the frost-covered ground. The nearby trees sparkle with ice, their branches glimmering in the soft glow.
An almost invisible path winds its way past the lamppost, leading somewhere mysterious — perhaps to a magical world just beyond sight.
There’s something so nostalgic and comforting about this one — a sense of stillness, wonder, and quiet possibility in the middle of winter.
