Daily Art Challenge - Day 22 of 365 - 22nd March 2025
During lockdown, I created a local fairy woodland to encourage people—especially children—to get outside and enjoy some fresh air. It was recently taken over by a local charity, WRCED, and it continues to grow stronger and more magical every day.
This week, I’m focusing on creating miniature fantasy lands in my art, inspired by this enchanting woodland.
Today’s painting is of a fairy house nestled into the side of a tree, with a charming blue door and windows glowing with cosy light, inviting you into a secret, magical world.

All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
