Daily Art Challenge - Day 23 of 365 - 23rd March 2025
Today’s painting was inspired by a visit to my local fairy woods, where carved wooden mushrooms and fairy houses bring a touch of magic to the landscape.
In this piece, three red and white toadstools with little yellow doors stand proudly at the edge of a fairy road, inviting wandering sprites and curious souls alike. Overhead, three glowing fairy orbs dance playfully against a classic Scottish sky, creating a whimsical and enchanting scene.
I loved bringing this tiny woodland world to life on my 7cm x 7cm mini canvas — a little window into the magic hidden all around us.
