Daily Art Challenge - Day 194 of 365 - 10th Sept 2025
Today I felt like I needed to paint for me — something that captures the changing season all around us.
As we move from late summer into autumn, the trees begin to glow with fiery hints of gold and red. I wanted to bottle that feeling of the warm autumn sun spilling across a magical field — bright and golden against the cool shadows of silhouetted trees and tall, still-green ferns.
Hidden among the ground-covering foliage, a tiny fairy doorway peeks out, and soft orbs of light drift through the air, adding just the right touch of wonder.
This one feels like stepping right into the heart of autumn magic.

All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
