Daily Art Challenge - Day 197 of 365 - 13th Sept 2025
Today’s inspiration came from a free reference photo site — and I instantly fell in love with the autumn woodland scenes
I painted a forest glowing in deep reds and warm oranges, with a magical sunburst shining at its centre. Its light casts long shadows and sprinkles a golden glow across the forest floor, turning it into something truly enchanting.
(And yes… I may have forgotten to press record at the start of my video again)

All items are made in Scotland, UK
Painted on a mini 7cm x 7cm stretched canvas, this piece comes with its own little wooden easel for easy display — a tiny treasure to brighten any corner.
